Wouldn't it be more sensible just to decide on a profitable goal, like 91, to OSRS gold find that and just quietly earn money with it instead? Combat 99s for you don't seem especially appropriate , with the exception of your"banked" prayer 99. If you discover levelling combat tedious, I can not imagine you enjoying going for a skillcape. I wouldn't worry about your combat level, unless maybe you're looking to do a few particular quests requiring 85 or even 100 combat? Just do whatever seems fun to you. It's just I can't imagine any of your choices being that fun given your description of yourself.

However, have you ever considered setting more balanced goals, like acheivement diaries? I am now considerign gunning for the enhanced excalibur. With almost none of the"hard" levels required, I've calculated it may take around 5M if I'm blessed to level these skills.
